| In 1999 sales of fresh milk represented 56.5% of total revenues, 21.4% referred to UHT milk while as much as 22.1% concerned other products. | |
| Leader in fresh products | From an analysis performed by the Company and confirmed by market research carried out by specialised companies the Centrale is market leader in Piedmont with a 24% share of the fresh milk market and second in Liguria with 27% of the total. |

Overall Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. processes and markets more than 80 million litres/kg of products annually subdivided into 35 product types, under 3 main brand names for milk according to the reference market: Tapporosso and Tigullio for fresh milk, Piemonte and Tigullio for UHT milk. |
| The following types of fresh milk are produced: Grade A fresh milk, whole, whole enriched with live lactic fermenting agents, low-fat, low-fat with live lactic fermenting agents, skimmed and chocolate milk. Types of long shelf-life (UHT) milk are whole, low-fat, skimmed, High Digestibility low-fat, whole and low-fat using biological agriculture milk. |

| The remainder of production is yoghurt marketed under the Defilé and Tigullio brand names (whole, low-fat and fruit-flavoured), butter, cream, Fiordovo brand eggs, fresh packaged salads (5 varieties), mozzarella, Seirass Piedmontese cottage cheese, prescinseua (a Genovese speciality cheese), mascarpone, sliced Swiss Emmental, Tigullino cheese spread, grated Grana Padano, robiolina, cottage cheese, stracchino and also desserts, creams, blancmanges and puddings.. | |
| The sales network | From the distribution standpoint in Piedmont, products are delivered daily to more than 5,000 sales outlets in the large-scale and traditional distribution fields using a network of about 100 refrigerated vehicles. |
| Distribution areas | The Company distributes directly in Turin and the surrounding province whereas area dealers cover the provinces of Asti, Cuneo, Aosta, Biella, Vercelli, Alessandria and the Pinerolo area. |
| In Liguria distribution in the provinces of Genoa, Savona and La Spezia for both large-scale and traditional outlets is handled by a network of 32 independent businessmen for a total of 40 refrigerated vehicles that deliver products daily to more than 3,000 sales points. | |
