Antonella Forchino appointed Member of the Board.

The The Board of Directors of Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A., which met today under the Chairmanship of Mr.Luigi Luzzati, appointed Ms. Antonella Forchino, Attorney at Law, as Member of the Board.

Ms. Antonella Forchino will sit in the Board of Directors following the recent and premature death of the company's Vice President, Mr. Antonio Forchino.

Following today's decision, the Company's Board of Directors now consists of the following members:

- Executive Vice President and Managing Director: Riccardo Pozzoli
