CONSOB Communication No. DME/5015175 dated 10.03.2005. Changes in Financial Calendar

The above specified Company has begun to adopt IAS/IFRS accounting procedures. In the light of CONSOB discipline providing for a temporary period before full adoption of IAS principles, CENTRALE DEL LATTE DI TORINO & C. S.P.A will draw up its half year report as of 30th September 2005 according to the new principles. Therefore, also with regard to the amendment of Article IA.2.12.6 of Market Regulations approved by Borsa Italiana, the Company will be exempted from publishing the Second Quarter Financial Report.

As to corporate events slated for the year, the BOD meeting to approve the first quarter report for 2005 will be held on 12th May 2005, and the BOD meeting scheduled on 28th July, for the approval of the 2nd quarter report, will be cancelled. All other dates remain the same.
