Publication of the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31 2000.

In accordance with Article 82, paragraph 2 of CONSOB resolution no. 11971 dated May 14 1999, Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. gives notice that the Financial Statements approved by the Board of Directors, relative to the year ended December 31 2000, will be published within 90 days from December 31 2000 (March 30 2001), with the consequent exemption from publication of the quarterly report covering the IVth quarter 2000.
