CENTRALE DEL LATTE DI TORINO & C. S.P.A.

As part of the recently enforced corporate streamlining plan, it is hereby notified that Messrs. Lacta S.r.l. (in liquidation) through Uniplan S.A. has transferred No.1,182,500 CLT shares, corresponding to 11.82% of the stock capital, to family shareholders.

The operation took place at the price of Euro 3.90 per share, in line with the average trading price for CLT shares in the last 30 day.
