adjudication of the second provisional bid in the auction for privatisation of Centrale del Latte di Vicenza.

With reference to the operation underway to privatise Centrale del Latte di Vicenza, Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. announces that the company has provisionally won the bid with a new offer of 49 billion and 50 million lire compared with the previous auction base price of 45 billion lire.

Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. - a company that together with its subsidiary, Centro Latte Rapallo S.p.A., produces and markets fresh milk, derivatives and ultra-fresh products - has been listed on the Italian Telematic Stock Exchange from November 3 last.
