CONSOB Communication No. DME/5015175 dd. 10.03.2005

Following CONSOB Communication No. DME/5015175 dated March 10 2005, it is hereby notified by Messrs. Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A., that the procedures to move to AS/IFRS have not started yet. The process to adopt the new accounting rules will be implemented and completed by the deadline and according to the methods specified in the advisory document issued by CONSOB on February 17, 2005.
