Following up on previous press releases, Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. hereby notifies that today, by means of Banca Intermobiliare S.p.A. in its capacity as financial advisor, it submitted a letter of interest to Parmalat S.p.A. under extraordinary administration, with a view to examining the possibility to acquire companies or industrial assets involved in fresh milk production which belong to the Parmalat Group. Through this action, Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. aims to strengthen its role and vocation as an inter-regional Company.
