With regard to the current events involving Parmalat, Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. might be interested in the future sale of any Italian based companies or industrial assets involved in fresh milk production which belong to the Parmalat Group.

However, Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. believe that it is still too early to consider any action in this regard, although they are carefully following any future developments through the work of the Extraordinary Commissioner and the Advisors concerned.
