More than 10,700 applicants have requested Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. shares which represents a 1.5 times oversubscription to the Public Issue.
The Offer Price for Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. ordinary shares has been set at 6.80 euros.
And so the Global Issue of ordinary shares in Centrale del Latte di Torino & C. S.p.A. with the aim of listing the Company's shares on the Italian Telematic Stock Exchange has been successfully concluded.
The Offer Price has been set at 6.80 euros per share.
The Global Issue of 3,449,500 shares resulted in an overall application for 4,577,000 shares from a total of 10,723 applicants.
More specifically, within the context of the Issue reserved for the general public, which represented 67% of the Global Issue, there were 10,618 applicants for a total of 3,305,500 shares - an oversubscription of approximately 1.5 times.
The simultaneous Private Placing reserved for Italian Institutional Investors recorded applications for 1,248,500 shares.
Share trading on the telematic system is due to start on November 3 2000.
